1. Service

Sunbeam Café ("we", "us") operates a digital loyalty program: customers ("you") collect stamps with each qualifying purchase and receive a reward when their card is full. The program is operated by the entity named above.

2. Joining and eligibility

You join by scanning our QR code in our location, providing a name (or alias) and optionally an email address or phone number. By joining, you confirm you are at least 16 years old. There is no fee to join.

3. Stamps and rewards

Stamps are issued by our staff at the point of sale, in line with the active campaign rules visible at the counter.
Stamps have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Rewards are redeemed in-store, subject to availability. Specific reward conditions (item, validity window) are shown on your digital card.
We may correct erroneous stamp entries (e.g. accidental double-scans). Disputes can be raised by writing to the contact email above.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to manipulate the stamp count, share your scan code with others, or use the program in any fraudulent way. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these conditions, with notice when reasonably possible.

5. Modifications

We may update the program rules (stamps per reward, reward content, expiry rules) at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the loyalty card itself or via the contact details you provided. Continued participation after a change implies acceptance.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by writing to the contact email above. We will remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations. We may terminate the program with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Liability

The loyalty program is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from program participation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at our registered office.
